superbowl!!

Did you watch the Superbowl last night? One of my favorite sports is football. Yes I am a girl and I am into sports, motorcycles, cars, you can basically call me a "Tom boy."
I am the only girl in my family. I grew up playing and watching sports, video games, etc. Last night my entire family was over my house to watch the Superbowl. We all were excited, but we didn't care who would win because everyone in my family is a Giants or Jets fan. We were more happy to get together than watch the Superbowl.
Most of my family was rooting for the Colts. I, on the other hand was rooting for the Bears! I was so excited when the Bears scored the first touchdown the first fifteen seconds of the game. I was screaming and jumping on the couch. The Bears were winning the first part of the game. After the first part of the game, they started loosing.
The half time show had a performance. The performer was Prince. I was not around when Prince came out in the 80s. So yes, I didn't like the performance. My family did not like the performance either. I think they should of got a performer that is number one on the billboard charts now. Not a performer that was number one twenty years ago. But that's just my opinion.
The most known thing about the Superbowl are the commercials. So many brand new commercials premiere at the Superbowl. My favorite commercial was the one were two guys went to grab the last beer, and they did rock, paper, scissors and one guy threw a rock at the other guy and he was knocked out.
The Superbowl is a good excuse for my family to get together. I love watching the Superbowl because it gets me hyped and excited. The best part is that i got to go to sleep late and i did not have to wake up and go to school.
